Swiss Abroad Museum

Today we had class at the Museum of Swiss Abroad. It showcases the accomplishments of Swiss citizens who left Switzerland to live and work in other countries. The museum begins with a bust of the French Sun King who built Versailles because the King employed many Swiss workers!

We were fortunate enough to have class outside in this gorgeous tent. The museum is on an estate that has been passed down by some of the wealthiest families in Geneva.

There was also a special Rembrandt exhibit while we were there! I made sure to grab a photo with him.
